Delete Your FlashFunds Account
We understand that sometimes you may wish to delete your account and associated data. You can request permanent deletion of your FlashFunds account at any time.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your deletion request is processed:
- Your FlashFunds account will be permanently deleted.
- All personal data (including your profile, pledges, projects, and messages) will be erased from our servers.
- Any active or past campaigns linked to your account will be removed.
- This action cannot be undone.
How to Request Deletion
To request account deletion, please contact our support team using the method below:
Email us directly at developers@quadras.digital with the subject line:
“Delete My FlashFunds Account.”
Please include the email address associated with your FlashFunds username so we can verify your identity.
Processing Time
- Your account and data will be deleted within 7 days.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.
Data Processed by Third Parties
Payments and transactions are handled by Stripe. Once your FlashFunds account is deleted, all linked Stripe customer data will also be permanently detached from our system.
