Quadras Digital (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the FlashFunds mobile application (“FlashFunds” or “the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.

When you use FlashFunds, we may collect the following types of information:
- FlashFunds does not collect or store your full payment card details or bank account information: all payment processing, bank information, and card data are handled directly by Stripe.
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and identity verification data (required by Stripe for secure transactions).
- Project Information: Name, email address, phone number, and identity verification data required by Stripe to comply with payment and regulatory requirements.
- Transaction Data: Pledge amounts, payment confirmations, and payout details.
- Usage Data: Log data such as device type, IP address, app activity, and crash reports.
- Notifications Data: Device tokens to enable push notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process pledges and payments securely through Stripe.
- Allow creators to launch campaigns and backers to contribute.
- Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, or support needs.
- Send important updates and notifications about pledges and campaigns.
- Improve app performance, security, and user experience.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following cases:
- With Service Providers: Such as Stripe (for payments) and Firebase (for hosting and notifications).
- For Legal Reasons: If required by law, regulation, or legal request.
- For Security: To protect against fraud, misuse, or unauthorized use of our services. FlashFunds only receives payment confirmations and transaction status from Stripe, not sensitive financial details.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud).
- We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
- FlashFunds does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card numbers or bank account details. Stripe operates independently as a certified payment service provider and applies its own security, compliance, and data protection standards.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw consent for certain uses (e.g., notifications).
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
