In which countries can creators receive funds?

FlashFunds payouts are available only in countries currently supported by Stripe. Stripe determines country eligibility based on regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations, and this list may change over time.

FlashFunds does not control or maintain the list of eligible countries. The most current information is available on Stripe’s official global availability page .

How long does a campaign last?

Campaigns are designed to be fast and focused, running for up to 7 days. In practice, the duration is 6 days and 23 hours. This small buffer makes sure all pledges are captured and processed securely before the 7-day mark.

What if the project doesn’t reach its goal?

If the goal is not met before the end date, backers are not charged. The project is simply closed.

How is the transaction handled?

When you pledge to a project, your payment method is authorized but not charged immediately. If the project reaches its goal, Stripe captures the amount and transfers it to the creator. If not, the authorization is released.

Does the money go through FlashFunds?

No. FlashFunds never holds or transfers money. All transactions are processed directly by Stripe, a trusted global payment provider.

When do creators receive the funds?

If the campaign reaches its goal, payments are captured and transferred to the creator within a couple of hours after the campaign ends.

Why creators connect a Stripe account?

Creators must connect a Stripe account so they can securely receive funds from their backers. Stripe handles all payment processing, which means FlashFunds never stores sensitive financial information. This ensures safe transfers, faster payouts, and compliance with international regulations.
